Hello! my dear friends & protein lovers too. How are you guys? I know that you all have already read the topic. Today I am going to talk about 5 cheapest source of protein which is easily available in the market.

So, before we start our topic, let’s talk about protein and its benefits.

Protein is the essential element in our diet. It help in body repair and growth, and also responsible for the formation of hair, nails, skin, and muscles. Protein gives tissues and organs their shape and helps them perform their functions. It helps in speedy recovery after exercise. Protein also helps in maintaining a healthy weight and curbing hunger. It boosts metabolism and increases fat burning.

An average person who has a motionless or we can say sedentary lifestyle, even his/her body require 1 gram of protein per kg body weight. For example, if any person is of 50kg then he/she has to take 50gms of protein daily. But if you are doing bodybuilding or you are a sportsman, then your protein requirement will be higher.
